What you need

A Transfer Cable (Usb one end Hard Drive adapter other)

http://www.mediafire.com/?nzie5dmnrzn NEVER SAVE EzGt2.2 TO YOUR DESKTOP. SAVE IT INTO A FOLDER THEN CLICK CREATE SHORTCUT AND DRAG AND DROP.
Tutorial
Open XPort360 then find your Profile then drag and drop it into your desktop. (If you can't work out which is your profile which ever one has the most games on it, or when you open it in EzGt2.2 or EzGt2.1 it will say what the GamerTag so there is no need to worry).
Then open EzGt2.2 or EzGt2.1 and find your Profile Saved to your Desktop.
Then click Add Tab and you can Backspace your name so you have a Blank Space. Then enter your Desired Name and just click the buttons that you want into your name. It Automatically stops when you have no spaces left Maximum 15. Colors Take up Two Spaces Buttons Take Up One.
Then Once you've finished Making your Desired Name and you are happy with it click Options Tab options and do Modded Profile Number and choose whatever number you are on but instead of choosing for your first one number 1 choose number 0 this means that you can make Sixteen different modded accounts instead of Fifteen. So every time you make a new Modded Account choose the next number in line.
Once you have Finished all of that you want to click on the save button and save it by clicking Make a New Folder and then Ok, it will be in that folder which has just been created. Once you have done that click onto the New Folder and then drag the very next folder after it straight into your Xport360 Content Folder, and then close it.
Now take out your Hard Drive and put it back into your Xbox. Once you are on the Xbox 360 Dashboard press the middle button and click sign out. Check you have done it right by seeing if another Profile has been saved onto your Xbox such as e.g. ^1TMM_MODDER.
Now go onto Modern Warfare 2
Press No I don't want to Sign In
Press I will not be Offended
Press I never want to see this again
Go onto Multiplayer
Don't want to sign in
Press Xbox Live
Then choose the profile you have just made e.g. ^1JTAG_MODDER
Then press the first Avatar
Then press Ok to the error
Then finally Xbox Live Again
Choose your Account you typed into EzGt 2.2 e.g xiMagnum 44 iOz
